Kate Bennett has been the National Director for Wales for the Equality and Human Rights Commission since September 2007. Previously she had been (since 1999) the Director of the Equal Opportunities Commission in Wales.
Sharon Coleman is the applicant in Coleman v Law, the Landmark judgment given by the European Court of Justice on 17th July 2008.
Professor Luke Clements is a Professor at Cardiff University Law School and assisted in the drafting of the Carers (Recognition and Services) Act 1995 and Carers (Equal Opportunities) Act 2004.
Professor Phil Fennell is a Professor at Cardiff University Law School. His book on the Mental Health Act 2007 Mental Health: the New Law is published by Jordans.
Kathryn Lloyd is a solicitor with Bates Wells & Braithwaite the solicitors who acted for Sharon Coleman in the European Court of Justice proceedings.
Roz Williamson is Director of Carers Wales. Carers Wales is part of Carers UK, the policy and campaigning organisation which has led the fight for carers' rights for over 40 years.
Vicky Yeates is a senior lecturer at the University of Glamorgan. She is a carer as well as lecturing and writing in the field of mental health law focusing on carers and their entitlements
