Trailblazers is a nationwide organisation of young disabled and non-disabled campaigners. We want people aged 16-30 to join the fight to improve services for people living with muscle disease.
Trailblazers are part of the Muscular Dystrophy Campaign, the leading UK charity focusing on all muscle diseases.

It’s all about U is a new national campaign to celebrate people who volunteer every day of the year. It is an initiative co-ordinated by Community Channel and do-it.org.uk.
