The British Association for Supported Employment (BASE) is a membership organisation for supported employment agencies and supported businesses in the UK. This site gives a wide range of information and services to its members and others interested in supported employment.

Supported Employment is a model for a partnership strategy, which aims to enable people with disabilities to achieve sustainable long-term employment and businesses to employ valuable workers.
