Person Centred Planning Guidance
Person centred planning is finding ways of listening to people to find out what is most important to them and what they want from their lives.
Person Centred Planning Guidance was published in January 2002. It was written to help Learning Disability Partnership Boards work out how they could write 'frameworks for person centred planning'. These frameworks would say how people with learning disabilities would have the support they needed to plan their lives, in a person centred way.
The Guidance can be downloaded from the Valuing People website.
