Carousel have launched the 'Staying up late' campaign.

People with learning disabilities often leave clubs and gigs early because of their care staff’s shift pattern. Here are some of the things that people have said about why they want to stay up late.

• Carers should be here too, having a great time and staying up late. Let’s stay up together and have fun.
• Freedom and respect.
• I want to stay up late cos I am an adult and I think that I should.
• Carers should be here too, having a great time and staying up late. Let’s stay up late together and have fun.
• Rotas need to be what WE want.
