DfE - new plans for 16-19 education
Changes to the way that 16-19 education provision is funded were announced last week by the government.
The plans set out how the Young People's Learning Agency (YPLA) will now be charged with paying for student places at further education colleges, sixth form colleges and other training providers from August.
