The National Children's Bureau are setting up a brand new group for children and young people who want to act as advisers to the work of their C4EO (Centre for Excellence and Outcomes). The membership of the Panel will be open to children and young people aged 10-17 years with an extension to 19 years if they have a disability or are in public care.
